Reset Internet explorer from Admin CMD prompt

Try these 2 commands;   RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ResetIEtoDefaults RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 4351  (This also clears the cache.)
